I would just like to say how delighted I am with my implants. When I first came to your practice over 2 years ago my mouth was in a bit of a mess. I already had a tooth that had fallen out and my gums were bleeding when I brushed.
You took a lot of x-rays and for the first time, since attending any dentist, I was shown them and I could not believe how badly my gums had receded. You spent a lot of time explaining my options and how we would try and improve the situation. After this I decided that implants would be my best option.
It took a lot of work to get my gums in a fit enough stage before this procedure could go ahead. I would like to thank you for all your hard work and patience in getting me to that stage. On the 'big day' that my gums were being operated on to prepare for the implants I did feel nervous. When I arrived I was surprised to see everyone all "gowned up". You were all fantastic explaining things to me step by step and all my fears dissolved. When the procedure was finished you sent me home with instructions and I was a bit worried then but there was no need to be. I did not have one problem at all. I was very grateful for your phone call the next day to make sure that I was ok.
I am so thankful to you and I am so pleased that my gums are now much healthier. I would be happy to recommend your practice to my friends and family. I honestly cannot thank you enough. Both you and 'your girls' have been more than helpful to me. It is a delight to attend your practice.
