I am one of the rare people that have no 'fear' of the dentist. I have had a considerable amount of work done over the last couple of years, mainly cosmetic, by replacing crowns and silver fillings to white and generally trying to have a nice smile. My concern was how everything would come together and how the end result would look.
From day one of meeting you I felt that you listened and cared, which, for me was one of the things that really impressed me and put me at ease. Throughout you have always planned my treatment in stages that worked for us both and I never felt pressured to get anything done. I truly felt looked after and supported at all times. If there was an issue or a concern, you were available.
The second thing I was impressed with was the support from your team, there is a strong team ethos and this comes from strong leadership. Any time you call, the girls are very friendly and when you come into the surgery they know who you are and chat happily to you. Your practice is well supported by the hygienists and I like the way you always make sure appointments for both are aligned. The surgery is a very pleasant environment and nicely furnished and equipped and spotlessly clean.
I have happily recommended you to others and will continue to do so. When I recommend you to others I say that if you want a dentist who will work with you, explore possibilities and genuinely support you, where the patient is number one. Then this is the practice for you.
