    What is Zoom Whitening?

Zoom is a professional teeth whitening solution by trusted brand Philips. All of our dentists are professionally trained in this procedure and will be able to transform your smile in no time.

It is such a simple process that will achieve greater results than any home teeth whitening treatment.

    Our Approach

We will first check the current shade of teeth to allow you and the dentist to assess the shade change by the end of your treatment. Following a applying protection layer to your gums your dentist will syringe a thin layer of whitening gel to your teeth. An LED light will then be applied to your teeth to accelerate the process of the whitening gel.
This is repeated up to 3 times to achieve the desired results.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Can it whiten fillings or crowns?

Unfortunately, no whitening treatment can whiten fillings or crowns. If you have fillings or crowns, please talk to us first so we can look at options for you.

Can I get whitening on the NHS?

You can only get treatment on the NHS if there is a medical reason for it. This isn’t usually the case for teeth whitening and as it is classed as cosmetic dentistry it is only available privately.

    What about Home Teeth Whitening?

We do offer a home whitening solution with professionally made trays and supervision.

Although there are many DIY treatments on offer however the results will not be as good as professional treatments, and often carry some risk.  It is illegal for anyone other than a dentist to carry out whitening.

    Is teeth whitening harmful?

Professional whitening by dentists has been carried out for many years. The treatment is not harmful to your teeth and although there can be sensitivity this is temporary.

Do you offer a maintenance plan?

Yes, we believe prevention is better than cure.  Whatever dental treatment you have had it’s important to maintain your oral health at optimum levels to minimise future treatment needs.  Many of our patients choose to join our dental plan to guarantee access to routine care, as well as special out of hours arrangements.
